He wasn't wearing a helmet at the time. Dwain S. Englert Sr., 58, of Allentown was riding a bicycle along Pembroke Road at the intersection of Livingston Street in Freemansburg Borough when he struck a vehicle, the Northampton County Coroner's Office said.
