84-Year-Old Driver Charged In Fatal Doylestown Hit-And-Run Bucks County prosecutors are charging an 84-year-old driver for the hit-and-run crash that killed a bicyclist in Doylestown early this year.  Anthony Caulfield was arraigned on Wednesday, June 28, and released on $75,000 unsecured bail, said District Attorney Matthew Weintraub's Office in a release.  The accident, authorities say, happened on Jan. 6 around 3 p.m. Sixty-four-year-old Francis Patrick Montgomery was riding his bike along North Broad Street, near the Central Bucks police building, when he was hit by a white Honda van, according to the DA's Office.  The…
