South Jersey Man Tried Luring Detective Posing As Teenage Girl Online, Prosecutor Says
A 26-year-old man from South Jersey has been arrested for trying to lure and kidnapping a teenage girl who was actually an undercover detective online, authorities said. Francis Frobose, 26, of Hamilton, was charged with second-degree attempted kidnapping, second-degree attempted luring, second-degree attempted sexual assault and third-degree attempted endangering the welfare of a child, according to Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J.
