Bucks Contractor Abused Homeowner's Son At Job Site, Jury Finds A contractor in Bucks County awaits sentencing after being convicted of sexually assaulting the child of a client in 2021, officials say.  Jeffrey T. Guilty: PA Man, 25, Admits Sexually Assaulting Teen Girl A 25-year-old Pennsylvania man admitted in court to sexually assaulting a teenage girl he met in Bucks County, authorities said. Cody D. Jammer, of Lower Makefield, pleaded guilty to statutory sexual assault and corruption of minors on Monday, June 13, Deputy District Attorney Mary Kate Kohler said in a Thursday, June 23 release. An investigation began in July 2020 after the victim told police she had been abused by Jammer from 2015 to 2016 when she was between the ages of 14 and 15, and Jammer was 19, the prosecutor said.
