Firefighters Battle Blaze At Abandoned Church In Delaware County Multiple departments responded to a fire early Tuesday morning, Dec. 19 at an abandoned church in Chester, officials say.  Units were called to the corner of West 3rd Street and Parker Street around 5:45 a.m. for a fire that reached three alarms, said Prospect Park Fire Company.  Photos from the scene showed massive flames and heavy smoke flowing across the building's roof.  Delaware County Emergency Services 911 is on scene assisting City of Chester Bureau of Fire on a commerical multi alarm...
