Longtime Philly Firefighter Dies On Duty, Department Says John Garrow, a longtime battalion chief with the Philadelphia Fire Department, died while on duty this week, officials say.  Garrow passed after suffering a medical emergency during his shift on Monday, Feb. 19, PFD said in a release. NJ Man Dies After Rollover Crash On Delaware Expressway: Troopers A Trenton, NJ man has died after losing control of his Dodge Durango on Interstate 95 in Delaware County Sunday morning, Feb. 11, according to state police.  Troopers said the unnamed 32-year-old was southbound and passing another driver near mile marker 0.8 in Upper Chichester when he crashed into a ditch around 7 a.m. The driver was thrown some 50 feet from his Durango, which came to rest on its roof, police said.  He was taken to Crozer Hospital but died after about an hour of surgery, according to troopers. Steve Sensinger Killed While 'Experimenting With Explosives' A Lehighton man is dead after state police said he was "experimenting with explosives" on Wednesday morning, Jan. 24.  It happened in a detached garage at a home on Franklin Heights Road in Weissport, Franklin Township just before 3 a.m., troopers said.  The explosion caused a small fire and killed 58-year-old Steve Sensinger, police wrote in a release.
