New Details Emerge In Schuylkill County Double Murder: PSP State police investigators are shedding new light on the murders of Hunter Mock and Angel Caraballo.  The teens were found dead in a wooded area near Ferndale Road in New Philadelphia Borough early on Oct. 10, authorities have said. Now, troopers believe 18-year-old Mock and 16-year-old Caraballo had gone to the wooded area known as "the Sanchez" to go target shooting with two other people on the night of Oct. 8. Car Stolen, Then Ditched In Northampton County Authorities are looking for four men who stole a car and then abandoned it in Palmer Township.  The car was picked up near the corner of Division Street and Milford Street on Dec. 13, the department wrote in a release. The four were seen "bailing" from the car before fleeing on foot toward Victoria Lane, authorities said.  Residents of the neighborhood should stay vigilant and report any unusual sightings to Palmer police, they added.  Tips can be submitted via Crimewatch.

NY Sex Offender Who Absconded Wanted By Pennsylvania State Police State troopers are looking for a New York sex offender who has not kept up with his registration requirements, according to authorities.  Edwin Rolando Padron, 57, was convicted in 2012 of possessing child sexual abuse material, PSP said.  The state Megan's Law website shows Padron's most recent address as 1043 Washington Street in Easton and says he works in or near Allentown and Salisbury Township.  He is 5-foot-10 and 220 pounds with brown eyes and black/gray hair, authorities said.  Anyone with information on Padron's whereabouts is asked to call PSP at 610-87…
