Dad Who Left 3-Month-Old Infant Girl At Pennsylvania Walmart Turns Himself In, Police Say A dad has turned himself over to the police in connection with a 3-month-old baby girl who was found at a Walmart in Philadelphia following a "theft in progress," police announced on Friday evening.  Alganon H. Muhammed, 22, originally of Concord Township, Delaware County, PA, most recently of Delaware, according to public records, "surrendered to police on January 26th," PPD stated in a release.
