Deadly Feud: Business Dispute Sparks Fatal Ambush In Maryland, Sheriff Says
A Pennsylvania man facing possible litigation ambushed two people in a rare deadly shooting in Carroll County earlier in this month in a well-planned assault, authorities announced on Christmas Eve. Austin Paul Potocki, 30, of Hanover, was arrested Monday, Dec. 23, in connection with the Dec. 13 shooting that killed Benjamin Billings, 42, and injured David Anderson, 39 in Finksburg. According to the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office, Potocki fired multiple rounds into a pickup truck at the intersection of Wesley and Patapsco roads before fleeing the scene. Young Pennsylvania Men Found Dead In Overturned Car In Maryland
Two young men from Pennsylvania were killed when their car overturned in Carroll County, MD early Sunday, June 19, authorities said. Kyler Jace Robinson, 20, was behind the wheel and Wesley Owen Singh, 19, was in the passenger's seat when police found the 2022 Hyundai Kona upside-down on Manchester Road just before 4 a.m., State Police said. First responders removed the pair, who were pronounced dead at the scene.

Ex-Maryland Woman Accused Of Kidnapping, Killing Her Pennsylvania Landlord In 2014: Police
A North Carolina woman was indicted in the 2014 murder of her Maryland landlord, authorities announced Thursday. Detectives believe Prakash Rampatsingh, 50, of Hanover (York County), Pennsylvania went to a property he owned in Baltimore that Charity Sophia Goodwin, 38, was renting on or about June 24, 2014, Maryland State Police said.
