Passionate Lehigh Valley barbeque chef and skilled ice hockey player David Allen Orwan, Jr. died at St. Luke’s Hospital, Fountain Hill on Wednesday, Oct. 5. He was 32.
Born in Bethlehem, David attended Emmaus High School before graduating from Liberty High School, his obituary says.
David worked at Ciao Sandwich Shoppe in Easton and had a passion for barbequing and smoking all types of meats.
He was also a skilled ice hockey player and had played on a number of different teams throughout the Lehigh Valley like the LV Comets, Bethlehem Blast, and LV Warriors, according to his memorial.
