Trailer Catches Fire In Bensalem, One Taken To Hospital: Officials One resident was taken to the hospital for observation after a fire at a Bensalem trailer park, according to authorities.  The blaze broke out at Top of the Ridge trailer park, 1446 Gibson Road, on Sunday morning, April 28, said Bensalem Fire Rescue. Suspect Crashed Into Bensalem Police Cars While Fleeing, Police Say US Marshals have arrested a man accused of fleeing police in Bensalem.  Elovens Joseph was wanted for aggravated assault and related counts after authorities said he crashed into two police vehicles on the 3600 block of Street Road on Feb. 28.  US Marshals said they arrested him in Somerdale, New Jersey on Thursday, April 4.  Court records show Joseph is also charged with aggravated assault by vehicle, criminal use of a communications facility, drug charges, and other offenses.
