Suspect Sought For Attempted Sexual Assault In Philadelphia: Police Philadelphia police are looking for a man in connection with an attempted sexual assault at the Cecil B. Moore Rec Center on Thursday, March 28.   Investigators believe the pictured man first encountered the juvenile victim at the Red Fox Corner Store, 2200 W. Iyanu Elijah Solomon tried forcing a female student into sexual acts in September 2019, the Delaware County District Attorney's Office told 6abc.
