Philly Man Shot By Police After Reaching For Officer's Gun: Montco DA A Philadelphia man was shot in the shoulder and is now charged with attempted homicide after police say he punched an officer in the head and tried to grab his gun in Montgomery County early Saturday morning.  It happened at 9 a.m. in the 500 block of Bridal Way in Cheltenham, District Attorney Kevin Steele's Office said in a release.
