Know Anything? Police Seek To ID Dump Truck Driver In ‘Vulgar’ PA School Bus Road Rage Incident Recognize this dump truck? Police in Northampton County are attempting to identify the driver who they said demonstrated “vulgar” behavior in front of children on a school bus. The driver started to follow a Pen Argyl School District bus on Pen Argyl Road last Friday around 3:30 p.m., Slate Belt Regional Police said on Facebook. The driver continued following the bus until it reached its next stop at 1100 Blue Valley Dr., police said.
