Two men were seen swapping political signs between two residences in Chester County, according to police. The two men were caught on a surveillance camera moving political signs and American flags between the two properties in the Indian King Development in West Whiteland at 2:08 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 10, according to the West Whiteland Police Department. Terence Kenneth Henderson, 26, a Middletown, Delaware native most recently of Oxford, was arrested and taken to Chester County Prison where he was arraigned Thursday, Oct. 10, the Oxford Police Department said. An Amish barn had a blaze burning through it early Thursday morning, Oct. 10, according to Lancaster County Wide Communications. The call to the fire at the farm located in the 5900 block of Meadville Road in Salisbury Township, Narvon came into LCWC at 3:24 a.m., according to the supervisor. A Pennsylvania man was killed in a chain-reaction crash during the morning commute on the New Jersey Turnpike, authorities said.
