The victim, identified as Justinn Thomas, 30, of South Hempstead, succumbed to the head injuries he suffered in the robbery, according to the Nassau County Police Department. At 5:58 p.m., Highlands police responded to the 20 block of North Street and found Angus McDougald suffering from two stab wounds, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond Santiago said.
