The issues began around 6 a.m. Eastern time on Monday, March 10 when approximately 20,538 users reported problems, according to DownDetector, a site that tracks outages,  The outages subsided briefly before resurging, with nearly 40,000 users reporting issues by 10 a.m. Since then, around 26,000 additional reports have been logged as of 12:30 p.m. ET.
