A South Carolina man has been arraigned in court on multiple felony weapon charges after he was caught with guns and loaded high-capacity magazines during a traffic stop in Rockland County, prosecutors said.
Richard Campbell, 40, of South Carolina, was arraigned in Rockland County Court on Tuesday, Jan. 20, on charges including two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, four counts of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, and two counts of criminal possession of a firearm, according to the Rockland County District Attorney’s Office.

A registered sex offender accused of holding a screwdriver to a woman’s throat in Rockland County has been arraigned on felony charges, including kidnapping, prosecutors announced.
