Suspect Nabbed In Hudson Valley After Knifepoint Robbery Leads To Cross-State Manhunt From a FedEx delivery to a high-stakes chase, a cross-state manhunt ended in the dramatic arrest in New York of a suspect from Pennsylvania who allegedly fled from a knifepoint robbery in Connecticut.  The Putnam County Sheriff's Office just released details on the chain of events that began Monday, Sept. 30, at approximately 3:45 p.m. when it received a description of a vehicle and suspect that had just been involved in the Litchfield County incident in the town of New Milford.
