The second of two men involved in a daylight double shooting that left one man dead and another paralyzed in Orange County has learned how long he will spend behind bars.
On Thursday, April 17, Dwayne Hines, 40, was sentenced to 25 years in prison and five years of post-release supervision after pleading guilty to first-degree manslaughter and second-degree attempted murder in connection with the double shooting, which happened in Newburgh in April 2023, Orange County District Attorney David M.
