A third-alarm structure fire broke out at a condominium complex in Orange County, prompting a large firefighter response. The blaze started at around 3 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 1, at the Rolling Hills Condominium Complex on Tanager Road in South Blooming Grove, according to Blooming Grove Volunteer Ambulance. A community of first responders mourning the loss of an ambulance constable who was discovered unresponsive at the Bethel Volunteer Ambulance Corps building, officials said. The Sullivan County Sheriff's Office identified the victim as Douglas Ketcham.
