Levi R. Stoltzfus, 81, of Narvon, driving the buggy near the intersection of Sheep Hill Road and Springville Road in East Earl Township when he struck the SUV at 8:13 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 25, according to the police. Hanover Man Killed By Crash Injuries Nearly 3 Weeks Later, York Coroner A Hanover man has died 20 days after he was injured in a crash involving a tractor-trailer, the York County Coroner announced on Friday, Aug. 23.  Zachary "Zach" Jacob Orendorff, 41, died from a "Subdural and Subarachnoid Hemorrhage" due to the crash, Coroner Pam Gay wrote in the release. Central Penn Baseball Star Struck Dead By Tractor-Trailer On I-81: Coroner A former college baseball player was struck dead on Interstate 81 on Sunday, Aug. 25, the Cumberland County Coroner Charley Hall told Daily Voice.  Quinton J.
