3-Alarm Blaze Tears Through Condo Complex In Hudson Valley A third-alarm structure fire broke out at a condominium complex in Orange County, prompting a large firefighter response.  The blaze started at around 3 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 1, at the Rolling Hills Condominium Complex on Tanager Road in South Blooming Grove, according to Blooming Grove Volunteer Ambulance.  First responders said the fire was later upgraded to a third-alarm structure fire as crews arrived on scene.   The blaze left over a dozen families displaced, News12 reported.  Ambulance crews remained at the scene throughout the response to help ensu…
