Tree Impales Woman Driving On Northern State Parkway
This story has been updated. A woman was seriously injured when high winds sent a tree toppling onto her moving car on the Northern State Parkway. The incident happened in Roslyn Heights, in the westbound lanes near exit 29, at around 1:15 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 5.
