A serious motor-vehicle crash caused stop-and-go delays on southbound I-87 in Rockland just before noon on Sunday.

Residual delays are continuing as volume picks up on the busiest travel day of the year.

The crash occurred near Exit 13 (Palisades Parkway), with traffic backed up to the northbound Garden State Parkway connector (Exit 14A).
