ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- A stretch of Route 202 reopened early Wednesday afternoon after it was closed in both directions following an early morning motor-vehicle crash and water main break between Route 45 and Thiells Mount Ivy Road in Pomona.
The closure occurred after a car hit a fire hydrant, causing a water main break and a sinkhole to open at around 6:30 a.m.
