Aide To Sen. Larkin Quits Over Domestic Violence Charge An aide to state Sen. Bill Larkin, R-C-Cornwall-on Hudson, resigned Tuesday from his job in the wake of a felony domestic violence indictment. "Today Senator Larkin accepted Robert Nickol's resignation effective immediately," Larkin’s spokesman, Brian Maher, said on Tuesday. Nickol, 32, of Albany, was indicted last week on felony counts of second-degree strangulation, second-degree assault and a misdemeanor assault count. He was released without bail. Police: Man At Large After Strangling Victim In Somers Domestic Incident State Police are seeking the public’s assistance as they search for a wanted man accused of strangling his victim before fleeing through a window to evade arrest in Northern Westchester. An alert was issued for Davon Olin, who is wanted by state police and Town of Somers Court for an incident last year at a Somers residence, when he allegedly strangled his victim, provided state police with a false name and fled the scene through a window, according to police. The following day, police said that Olin’s real name was discovered through a New York Probation Office that determined he had ties …
