Dutchess County resident Jack Aidan Strehl, age 16, of Arlington, died on Friday, Oct. 14. A cause of death was not provided. Known as a hardworking member of the maintenance crews at The Links at Union Vale, Jack always impressed coworkers with his work ethic for such a young man, his obituary said. Keith Viagas, of Sag Harbor, died on Saturday, Aug. 6, from drowning near his home in Sag Harbor Cove. He was age 63. Viagas grew up in Franklin Square, attending both John Street School and H. Former Mayor In Westchester Dies At Age 60 Dennis Pilla, who served four terms as a mayor in Westchester, has died at the age of 60. Pilla died peacefully on Thursday, July 8, according to his obituary. He was the Port Chester mayor from 2007 to 2013 and from 2015 to 2017.  Pilla was also formerly president of the Westchester Municipal Officials Association from 2012 to 2013, and a member of its executive committee from 2017 to 2014.  He is survived by his wife, Margoth Pilla, and his son, David. Suspect In Fatal Stabbing Of Teen Who Aspired To Be Cop Nabbed In CT The latest suspect in the fatal stabbing of a 15-year-old New York City boy and aspiring police officer was apprehended by Connecticut State Police on Monday. At approximately 2:36 p.m., troopers from Troop A-Southbury conducted a motor vehicle stop on I-84 eastbound near exit 13 in Southbury. Several people were in the vehicle, however, the operator was considered the 12th suspect in the Bronx homicide of Lesandro "Junior" Guzman-Feliz, Connecticut State Police said.
