1 Killed After Woman Runs Red Light In Hudson Valley, State Police Say One man was killed after a Hudson Valley woman allegedly ran a red light and crashed into another vehicle. The crash took place in Orange County around 7:30 a.m., on Thursday, June 8 on Route 6 in Greenville, said Trooper Steven Nevel, of the New York State Police.  Nevel said troopers responded to the intersection of Route 6 and Mountain Road in the town of Greenville for the report of a two-vehicle crash involving injuries. 15 Orange County Residents Charged With DWI In State Police Stops New York State Police troopers removed three dozen motorists from area roadways for alleged impaired driving over the weekend. Among those charged in the Hudson Valley include:  Orange County On Friday, Sept. 13, State Police in Hamptonburg arrested Edwin Seda, 42 of Newburgh, for DWI. He was traveling on Washington Street in the city of Newburgh when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation.
