Hudson Valley Resident Accused Of Assaulting Another Man At Fairfield County Shopping Center A Hudson Valley man was arrested for assault after allegedly attacking another man at a Fairfield County shopping center. Rockland County resident Dane Kurt Fender, 31, of Garnerville, was arrested on Saturday, Dec. 19 by Greenwich Police at the Riverside Commons Shopping Center, Riverside, said Captain Mark E. Zuccerella. According to Zuccerella, Greenwich Police responded to the shopping center on a report of two men fighting. Man Sexually Assaults Girl At Fairfield Service Plaza, Police Say A 41-year-old man was arrested for sexually assaulting a 9-year-old girl in the berth of his tractor-trailer while stopped at a Fairfield Service Plaza on I-95, Connecticut State Police said. Chad J. Harris of Sanford, Maine, was arrested Friday while on an Amtrak train that passed through New Haven with the assistance of Amtrak Police, said Connecticut State Police. Area Man Admits To Internet Sex Scheme Involving Minors A Putnam County man has been given a suspended sentence for attempting to entice a 16-year-old Fairfield County boy to have sex with him online. Garrison resident Dylan Quinn, 25, pleaded guilty to risk of injury to a child last week and has been sentenced to a suspended seven-year term, followed by five years of probation. Quinn must also undergo sex offender treatment and cannot have unsupervised contacts with minors.
