The incident took place Thursday afternoon, Jan. 24 around 5 p.m., at the bank located in the Pacesetter Shopping Center on Route 202. Ramapo police are not releasing any information except to say the center is open and businesses are accessible except the Chase Bank. The Chase ATM is available, police said.
