Speeding Driver Takes Police On Pursuit In Hudson Valley, Receives 28 Tickets A speeding driver who thought his license was suspended was charged with reckless driving in the Hudson Valley and received 28 tickets after fleeing from state police. The incident took place in Orange County in Goshen on Route 17 westbound around 11:30 a.m., Sunday, Oct. 1. According to Trooper Steven Nevel, of the New York State Police, a trooper spotted a 20212 Mazada 3 speeding on Route 17 westbound in Goshen and attempted to stop the driver. Armed Home Burglary: Group Of 40-Something Suspects Arraigned For Incident In Hudson Valley Four men have been arraigned for an armed home burglary at a residence in the area. The incident took place in Rockland County in the south Spring Valley area around 5 a.m., Sunday, Feb. 5. The Ramapo Police Department received a report of a trespass in progress at a residence in which the suspects were armed with a handgun, said Det. Lt. Christopher Franklin of the Ramapo Police.
