The incident happened in Rockland County on Sunday, Jan. 26, when the suspect was pulled over in Spring Valley on North Main Street, according to New York State Police. Suspect In Hudson Valley Stabbing Attack Caught, Police Say A Hudson Valley man has been charged with attempted murder following an investigation into the stabbing of another man in front of a food mart.  Rockland County resident Joshua Jemison, age 32, of Spring Valley, was charged on Friday, Sept. 8 for the Tuesday, Sept. 5 attack in which a man was stabbed in the neck.
