Man Rushed To Westchester Medical Center After Two Shot Near Bar In Hudson Valley
Two Hudson Valley residents were hospitalized after a shooting near a bar in the region. Police in Orange County received an alert about shots fired in the area of El Tropical Bar, located on Mill Street in the city of Newburgh, at about 12:20 a.m. on Saturday, June 11, according to authorities. Responding officers found that a 24-year-old and a 23-year-old, who are both residents of Newburgh, had been shot, the City of Newburgh Police Department said. Alert Issued For Missing 14-Year-Old Hudson Valley Boy
A 14-year-old Hudson Valley boy has gone missing and authorities are asking the public's help in locating him. Orange County resident Justin Guerrero is 5-foot-6, 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes and may be in need of medical attention, authorities say. He was last seen in the city of Newburgh, on Mill Street, at 3 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 21 and was last seen wearing yellow and green pajama pants, a black hooded sweatshirt, and blue backpack. Car Stuck In Snow Bank Leads To DWI Charge For Area Man, 25
A man with two prior DWI convictions was allegedly impaired when he crashed into a snowbank in Orange County and was required assistance from New York State Police troopers. Troopers from the Montgomery barracks spotted a disabled vehicle in a snowbank at approximately 3:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 18, at the intersection of Mill Street and Renwick Street, police said. Nearly two dozen drivers were arrested by New York State Police troopers over the weekend in the Hudson Valley. Area residents charged were: Orange County On Friday, Oct. 18 State Police in Middletown arrested Frederick Pierce, 59, of New Windsor, for DWI.
