Hudson Valley 13-Year-Old Struck By SUV While Riding Scooter Remains Critical Teachers, friends, and community members are coming together to help a 13-year-old Hudson Valley boy who was hit by an SUV while riding an electric scooter. The crash took place in Dutchess County around 3 p.m. Sunday, May 7 at the intersection of IBM Road and West Dogwood Drive in the town of Poughkeepsie.
