Road Rage: Man Menaces Driver, Family With Gun On I-684, Police Say A man is facing multiple felony charges following a road-rage incident in the Hudson Valley, state police said. At about 3:20 p.m. July, 10, troopers from the Somers barracks were dispatched to Interstate 684 in Putnam County, in the town of Southeast, for a report of a man menacing another motorist with a firearm.  Troopers located the suspect’s vehicle northbound near mile marker 27.
