17-Year-Old Victim In Hudson Valley Double-Fatal Crash Was 'Easy To Love' Friends and family members are remembering a 17-year-old teen killed in a double-fatal crash as loving sports and his family. Jack J. Noble, of the hamlet of Port Ewen, died unexpectedly on Monday, Jan. 8, during the collision in Ulster County around 9 a.m., Monday, Jan. 8 on Route 28 in the town of Shandaken. A native of Kingston, Jack was a junior at Kingston High School. He was an honor roll student and a Varsity athlete, his obituary said. 2 Students From Hudson Valley Charged In Beating Of Boy In HS Cafeteria Two students from the region have been arrested and charged in connection with an alleged assault at an area high school that left another student seriously injured. The attack took place in Ulster County on Wednesday, May 3 in the cafeteria of Kingston High School. The students accused in the attack, ages 15 and 16, were arrested on Tuesday, May 9 by the city of Kingston Police, the police department said. Erin Koonz, of Kingston, was arrested on Friday, June 12, by investigators from the Ulster County Family and Child Advocacy Center, reported the Ulster District Attorney's Office. Man Found Murdered In Home Near Area High School, Police Say Police are investigating the murder of an Ulster County man who was found dead in a home. Myron T. Moye, 36, of Kingston, was found around 2 a.m., Friday, Nov. 1, at a home on West O’Reilly Street after police received a 911 call, said the Kingston Police. Responding officers found Moye and began administering first aid until he was transported by emergency medical services to Health Alliance Broadway Campus where he was pronounced dead.
