Worker Killed After Falling Into Mixing Machine At Area Cheese Company A 41-year-old man was killed after falling into a mixing machine at the Icco Cheese Company in Rockland County. The incident took place around 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, Jan. 15 at the plant on Olympic Drive in Orangeburg, said Orangetown Police Sgt. James Sullivan. When officers arrived on the scene of the accident they were directed to a mixing machine where they found a male employee, Edwin Nunez, of Paterson, New Jersey, inside of the machine, Sullivan said.
