Airmont Man Charged With Driving Without Interlock Device In Nyack A Rockland County man with a previous DWI conviction in Rockland County was busted driving without a proper interlock device in his vehicle during a routine traffic stop in Nyack. Shortly after 7 p.m. on Tuesday, officers on patrol with the Orangetown Police Department stopped Airmont resident Robert Harrow, 57, on Hudson Avenue in Nyack for committing multiple vehicle and traffic violations.
