Human Remains, Car Found In Pond Linked To Hudson Valley Couple Missing For Over 40 Years A vehicle containing a human bone found submerged in an out-of-state pond may be the clue needed to figure out what happened to a Westchester County couple missing for over four decades. In an announcement on Saturday, Nov. 23, the Glynn County Police Department in Georgia revealed that a submerged Lincoln Continental had been found on Friday, Nov. 22 in a pond between the Royal Inn Hotel and Interstate 95 on New Jesup Highway in the town of Brunswick.  According to the department, the Continental is similar to the description of a vehicle believed to have been driven by Scarsdale…

Rockland Man Fatally Shot After Fight In Bar, Police Say A Rockland County man was shot following a fight at a bar in Georgia over the weekend. Wolf Ruben Valmond, 37, of Spring Valley, was shot Sunday, Dec. 15, after getting into a fight at a bar in St. Simons, Georgia, said the Glynn County police. Glynn County police said the shooting occurred after the two men got into a physical fight around 12:32 a.m. outside of Rafters on Mallery Street.  When the two men went outside, one of the men, identified as 27-year-old Calvin Jenkins, grabbed a gun from his car and began firing at Valmond, police said.  Jenkins, 27, was charged wit…
