Popular Hudson Valley Restaurant Owners Hopping River To Open New Venue
After nearly 11 years of rave reviews in the Hudson Valley, a popular brewing company and restaurant is hopping the river to open a new dining venture. Dutchess County's Mill House Brewing Company in Poughkeepsie announced this month that it will open The Ridge by Mill House in Ulster County, in Highland. When stacked pastrami on rye with a pickle comes to mind there's one place that most New Yorkers think of and that's the Carnegie Deli. Well, good news. Now residents of the region can enjoy the real thing now that the iconic New York City delicatessen is offering some of its favorite dishes at the Windham Mountain Resort.
