Road Rage Slashing Leads To 30 Stitches For Victim In Spring Valley, Police Say A man was arrested for slashing another person in the face following a road rage incident in Spring Valley. The incident was reported on Wednesday, Jan. 16, when Spring Valley Police responded to  Dutch Lane for a report of a man who had been slashed in his face, said Spring Valley Officer Matthew Galli. When officers arrived they found a man with a facial wound that began at his temple and ended past his lip and required more than 30 stitches to close, Galli said.
