Man Faces Drug Charges After No-Knock Warrant Search In Orange County An Orange County man was busted on drug charges by City of Port Jervis Police and the Orange County Sheriff's Office during a "No Knock" search of his apartment. Carlos Tirado, 31, was nabbed around 7:40 p.m. Thursday, when the officers executed the warrant at his second-floor apartment, said Port Jervis Police Chief William Worden.
