Woman From Region Nabbed Twice In 24 Hours For Stealing Vehicles, Police Say A woman from the region who was released on an appearance ticket after allegedly stealing a vehicle was arrested again 24 hours later after stealing another car. The incident occurred in Sullivan County on Sunday, Oct. 27, in Monticello. Judge Orders Dumont Store Clerk Released After Child Porn Arrest DUMONT, N.J. -- A judge ordered a supermarket clerk from Dumont charged with collecting child porn released pending further court action. Christian Winner, 49, was arrested Friday following a raid on his Larch Avenue home.
