Town of Ramapo Police say that have obtained a warrant for the arrest of Alejandro Perez, 48, on Friday, Aug. 30. Perez is wanted for charges including possession of burglar tools, possession of stolen property and petit larceny. Man Charged After Years-Long Investigation Into Town Of Newburgh House Fire A 52-year-old man has been charged following a years-long investigation into a suspicious 2013 house fire in the Town of Newburgh, police announced Sunday. The fire occurred at a home on Route 32 in October, 2013.  The four-and-a-half-year investigation ended with the arrest of Alejandro Perez of Newburgh, said Lt. James Nenni of the Town of Newburgh PD.
