Cynthia Coleman, 59, allegedly stabbed her 60-year-old boyfriend at the corner of Route 9W and Tor Avenue with what was described as a "small, short object." Police arrived on the scene to find the man conscious around 10 a.m. on Wednesday, June 15, according to lohud.com.
The victims name is not being released though during his interview with police at Nyack Hospital, the victim's account led police to Coleman, who lives in Wesley Hills. The cause of the incident is still unknown, according to lohud.com.
She is charged with attempted murder, assault, criminal possession of a weapon, and is in Rockland County jail with $50,000 bail, according to lohud.com.
