Walden Man, 22, Forcibly Touched Girl While She Was Sleeping, Police Say

WALDEN, N.Y. -- A 22-year-old Walden man was arrested by New York State Police in Montgomery for inappropriate conduct with a woman who was sleeping.

David L. Matos of Walden was arrested by New York State Police for inappropriate conduct with a woman who was sleeping. Walden faces a felony and a misdemeanor charge.

David L. Matos faces a criminal sexual assault felony charge and misdemeanor for forcible touching. Police said Matos subjected a woman to inappropriate and unwanted sexual contact while she was sleeping.

Matos was issued an appearance ticket and is to return to the Village of Walden Court on Aug. 10.
