Teen Caught Stealing Beer At 7-Eleven In Stony Point, Police Say

ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Stony Point teen was charged with possession of stolen property after being caught ripping off beer from a local 7-Eleven store, police said.

Wilton Rodriguez, 19, was caught around 11:45 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 20 for stealing the beer from the store on South Liberty Drive, said Lt. Daniel Hylas of the Stony Point Police.

Rodriguez was charged with petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property. He was processed and released on an appearance ticket returnable to court on Nov. 21.
