Police Investigating Burlglary At Central Nyack Storage Facility

CLARKSTOWN, N.Y. -- The Clarkstown Police Department is investigating a burglary which took place at a local self-storage facility earlier this month.

The incident was captured on video surveillance at Keepers Self-Storage, located at 92 Route 59, Central Nyack, on March 5, police report.

The footage shows the suspect utilizing a bolt cutter and a small propane torch to gain entry into three separate storage units, according to police.

He can later be observed carrying a large trash bag containing unknown proceeds, then leaving the area on foot and traveling westbound through a small wooded area on the west side of the building, officials report.
