NYC Man Arrested In Stony Point On Family Court Warrant

STONY POINT, N.Y. -- A Bronx man wanted for allegedly violating an order of protection has been arrested, Stony Point police said.

There had been a warrant out for Geza Hay, 40, for failing to appear in family court on the original charge, police said.

Hay was taken into custody by Rockland County sheriff’s deputies and turned over to Stony Point police on Friday, March 18, police said.

Hay was arraigned in Stony Point Justice Court and sent to the Rockland County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.

He was ordered to return to Stony Point Justice Court on Tuesday, April 5, police said.
